Sherkhan Ali Khan
Sherkhan Ali Khan is a Graduate Fellow at ITI. Sherkhan leads ITI’s academic outreach and supports the global policy team on issues of cybersecurity and trade policy.
Sherkhan has more than four years of experience studying and teaching in China, including at Nanjing University Business School. Upon returning to the U.S. he has continued his graduate education at Catholic University, pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations. He previously worked at the Council on Foreign Relations on their Congress & Foreign Policy team.
Sherkhan is a native of Texas and has a B.A. in Economics from Goucher College, a M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University, and a M.A. in World Politics from Catholic University. His research areas of interest are internet governance, social media, and cybersecurity. Sherkhan has working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, French, and Urdu.
