As Director of Environment and Sustainability, Erica engages in policy and advocacy for ITI’s Energy Efficiency Working Group, Green Procurement Committee, Latin America Environment Regulatory Network and participation in the Basel Partnership for Action on Computing Equipment (PACE).  With broad industry representation, we enable market access, advocate for global alignment, and monitor and influence the promulgation and implementation of best practices in product stewardship globally. 

Prior to joining ITI, Erica worked as an EHS Regulatory Affairs Manager for Xerox Corporation.  In this role, she facilitated implementation of compliance solutions for electronics recycling and material restriction requirements.  She also focused on green procurement, eco-labels and eco-design standards.  Prior to her time with Xerox, Erica worked for a number of years at Eastman Kodak Company where she handled a range of environment, health, safety and sustainability issues.

Erica has a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology, a M.S. from the University of Rochester and is currently pursuing a Masters in International Public Policy (MIPP) with an emphasis in Energy, Resources and Environment at Johns Hopkins University.
