Colleen Boland Pickford

Favorite Innovation:

Colleen is responsible for expanding relationships with ITI member companies and their leadership and for the recruitment new companies into ITI.  Colleen also develops engagement and growth strategies for the divisions of ITI including the IT Alliance for Public Sector and the Environmental Leadership Council.  She oversees ITI events including the ITI board meetings and provides counsel on new programs.

Previously, Colleen spent six years with ITI's Environment and Sustainability team advancing tech sector priorities on key green product purchasing programs.  In this role, she served as the lead industry voice providing input into the EPEAT program and related IEEE standards.  

Colleen began her career with a stint on Capitol Hill working for U.S. Rep. Wayne T. Gilchrest, R-MD, and then spent time developing organizational strategies for donor management, donor engagement, and communications for the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA).

Colleen is a native of Pennsylvania where she learned to love both fishing and football.  She earned a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management with a minor in Political Science from Penn State, and a Masters of Natural Resources from Virginia Tech.
